The Pirate Song

I am just a pirate
I don't even have a heart
Just an ocean and a boat to sail my dreams on
You can tell it from the start

I am very irresponsible
Outside my captain's orders
When I'm on leave it will never fail
You can find me in the gutter with a bottle of ale

And woman are another thing
You can give them your love but not a ring
'Cause every battle that we are stuck
Is always blamed on a ladies luck

The stars they guide my way at night
In the day the sun blinds my sight
'Cause all I want to do is sail
And travel the world with a bottle of ale

A pirate I shall always be
Free to sail the seven seas
Skull and cross-bones in the wind
If a privateer I have never sinned

If it's your ship we already sank
Any survivers will walk the plank
Then one day we will make a quest
And follow the map to the treasure chest

Water, water everywhere
It can make you go crazy if you can't find land
Mutiny of these pirates we all will hail
And make it go better with a bottle of ale
